Perfume Land offers standard insured shipping from our shipping partner, The Courier Guy.

After processing of the order, the items will be dispatched to be delivered do your doorstep.

Orders will take on average between 2 and 4 working days to arrive unless you fall outside the regular metropolitan areas then it can take up to 7 working days depending on how often the couriers come to your area. (Please note, deliveries and orders are only processed on regular work-days)

If you have not received a tracking number within 48 working hours of placing the order, feel free to contact us so we can update you. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder as it sometimes gets sent there.

Shipping costs are R120 for all domestic locations for orders under R1500 and FREE for orders equal to or over R1500.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can offer you a refund or exchange.

Orders will be eligible for refund or exchange within seven (7) days from date of delivery.

Please note, your order must be returned in in original condition. All packaging, wrapping & cellophane must be remain sealed and product must not be opened or used in any way.

Once the returned product(s) is received (in their original condition and packaging, cellophane unopened, product sealed and unused), and inspected by our customer service team, we will reach out to you to arrange a refund, store credit or exchange.

The returned item must include any promotional item, or free gift and the original receipt.
